Abstract

In the last decades we have wirnessed an advance in new technologies and useful digital tools that revolutionized the way we access, use and store information; the ways we share information and communicate in the private and public sector. A better quantity and quality of information accessed was improved via internet and other digital platforms, Moreover, human rights were impacted by these new technologies.
